We at Cryptology Key are looking for a Video Editor who can tell stories through video, master framing techniques, and work professionally in DaVinci Resolve. If you have a keen sense of rhythm, understand editing principles, and want to work on dynamic projects in EdTech and crypto, this position is for you!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Edit videos for various formats—advertising, educational content, and social media videos.
• Structure video sequences: logically arrange shots (establishing, close-up, medium shots, etc.).
• Work with lighting and color: video correction, working with logarithmic profiles of different cameras.
• Implement editing transitions and find unconventional solutions to enhance video dynamics.
• Optimize sound: work with audio tracks, noise reduction, and use AI tools for quality improvement.
• Add motion graphics: basic motion graphics (text, simple animated elements).
• Adapt content for different platforms: understand video specifications for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and other social media.
• Collaborate with the team: designers, scriptwriters, and content marketers to produce high-quality video content.

What You’ll Be Doing

• At least 2 years of experience as a video editor and a strong portfolio.
• Confident use of DaVinci Resolve, knowledge of all key tools and plugins.
• Ability to work with color: camera logarithmic profiles, color spaces.
• Understanding of video composition and rhythm: how to make editing dynamic and stylish.
• Experience working with sound: editing audio tracks, noise reduction, using AI tools for sound processing.
• Creativity and awareness: understanding of current trends in video production.
• Adaptability: ability to quickly learn new things and optimize processes.

It will be a plus if

• Experience in motion graphics (After Effects).
• Understanding of visual storytelling principles and creating videos with deep emotional impact.
• Experience producing video content for EdTech or the crypto industry.
• Ability to work with AI tools for automated editing.
