This personal data processing policy is drawn up in accordance with the requirements of legislation on personal data and determines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data by Cryptology Key OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the Operator). The Operator considers respecting human and civil rights and freedoms when processing personal data, including the protection of privacy, personal, and family secrets, as its primary goal and condition for conducting its activities. This Policy of the Operator regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the website https://cryptology.school.

Personal data — any information that directly or indirectly relates to an identified or identifiable User of the website https://cryptology.school;
User — any visitor to the website https://cryptology.school;
Provision of personal data — actions taken to disclose personal data to a specific person or a specific group of persons;
Distribution of personal data — any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite number of persons (transfer of personal data) or at making personal data available to an unlimited number of persons, including making personal data public in the media, posting in information and telecommunications networks, or granting access to personal data in any other way;

Phone numbers;

The above data are hereinafter collectively referred to as Personal Data in the text of this Policy.

4. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

The purpose of processing the User’s personal data is to inform the User by sending emails; to execute, fulfill, and terminate civil law contracts; to provide the User with access to the services, information, and/or materials on the website.

The Operator also has the right to send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers, and various events. The User may always opt out of receiving informational messages by sending an email to service.cryptology@gmail.com with the subject line “Unsubscribe from notifications about new products and services and special offers.”

5. Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

The period of personal data processing is unlimited.

The User may revoke consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending an email to service.cryptology@gmail.com with the subject line “Withdrawal of consent to process personal data.”

7. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data

Before starting any cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator must ensure that the foreign state to whose territory personal data is to be transferred provides reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects.

Cross-border transfer of personal data to foreign states that do not meet the above requirements may only be carried out if there is written consent from the personal data subject to the cross-border transfer of their personal data and/or to the execution of a contract to which the personal data subject is a party.
