At Cryptology Key, we are looking for a Project Manager who can build efficient processes, manage teams, and keep projects under control—from idea to implementation. If you are organized, think strategically, and know how to drive projects to completion, join our team!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of multiple projects, ensuring they meet deadlines.
- Interact with development, design, marketing, and other departments for effective project work.
- Maintain project documentation: plans, budgets, risks, priorities, execution status, and workflows.
- Optimize workflows, automate routine tasks, and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Manage team resources, ensuring efficient task distribution.
- Monitor quality and ensure timely completion of all project stages.
- Solve problems and find solutions to help the team achieve its goals.
- Regularly report project statuses to management and teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
- At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in digital, tech, or EdTech sectors.
- Proficiency with tools: Jira, Trello, Notion, ClickUp, or other task management systems.
- Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies and experience applying them.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with different teams.
- Ability to analyze risks and anticipate potential issues before they arise.
- Basic understanding of marketing and product development is a plus.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
It will be a plus if
- Experience in crypto, trading, or the EdTech industry.
- Ability to work with analytics and project performance metrics.
- Experience managing teams and implementing new processes.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
